1. Definition

- Open questionnaires

(d) Researchers do not need to be present in person because it can be done with an intermediary.
- Lack of questionnaires
(a) This answer is not necessarily 100% valid because it is possible that the respondent did not answer honestly.
(b) Respondents tend to answer carelessly if the question is not understood.
(c) Respondents are often less thorough so that they miss some questions.
(d) Can only be done on respondents with a certain age range and education.
(e) The questionnaire method will be difficult for those who are sick, cannot read, or are old.
